1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the digital platforms, materials, and services (“Services”) operated by the Operator.

6.4 Prices, offers, and product descriptions may be updated without prior notice.
6.5 Refunds are subject to the refund policy of ClickBank or the respective payment processor. The Operator is not obligated to process direct refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. License to Use Digital Products
7.1 Upon successful purchase, the User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Digital Products for personal, non-commercial use only.
7.2 Users shall not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any part of the Digital Products;

8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All Digital Products, trademarks, service marks, designs, graphics, audio, video, and written materials available through the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring ownership or granting rights beyond the limited license set forth in Section 7.
8.3 Users agree not to remove copyright notices, watermarks, or other proprietary identifiers embedded in the content.
8.4 The Operator enforces intellectual property rights under applicable copyright and international treaty provisions.
9. Restrictions on Use

11.2 By using the Services, Users acknowledge that their data may be processed, transferred, or stored by authorized third-party providers in various jurisdictions, consistent with global data protection standards.
12. Availability and Maintenance
12.1 The Operator endeavors to ensure continuous availability of the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
12.2 Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime or restricted access.
12.3 The Operator disclaims liability for data loss or service interruption arising from external network failures, unauthorized interference, or technical malfunctions.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1 The Services and all Digital Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
13.2 The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content;
- The suitability of Digital Products for any particular purpose;
- The continuous availability or compatibility of the Services.
13.3 Users acknowledge that results derived from using the Digital Products may vary, and the Operator does not guarantee any outcome, performance, or success.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
- Unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User transmissions or data;
- Acts or omissions of independent third-party providers.
14.2 Aggregate liability of the Operator for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the relevant Digital Product.
15. Indemnification
15.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, contractors, and agents from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights;
- Misuse of the Services or content.
16. Termination
16.1 The Operator may suspend or terminate access at its discretion without prior notice where a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
16.2 Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms shall immediately cease.
16.3 Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing principles shall survive termination.
17. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
17.1 The Services employ cookies and analytics tools to enhance performance and personalize the user experience.

19.2 Where conflicting laws or standards apply, the Operator will adhere to the most protective standard available to the User’s jurisdiction.
20. Dispute Resolution
20.1 In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
20.2 If resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or an equivalent dispute resolution mechanism mutually agreed upon by both parties.
20.3 Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the adjudicating body.
21. Miscellaneous Provisions
21.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the User.
21.2 Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
21.3 No Waiver: Failure by the Operator to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any rights.
21.4 Assignment: Users may not assign or transfer rights under these Terms without written consent. The Operator may assign its rights to affiliates or successors.
